values up to 108.

* WHERE…Macon, Smith, Sumner, and Trousdale Counties.

* WHEN…For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 8 AM CDT this morning.
For the Heat Advisory, until 8 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses. Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose
fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning
or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and
heat stroke.

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
