The Industrial Development Board of the City of White House, Tennessee, will hold a meeting on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Center, 105-D College Street.
The board is scheduled to discuss proposed Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) agreements for Advanex Americas, Inc., located at 514 Hester Drive, and Tate Ornamental, located at 418 Industrial Drive.
A Public Comment period is included on the agenda, and individuals wishing to speak must sign up on a sheet located near the printed agendas prior to the start of the meeting.
