On October 21, 2025, the Hendersonville Police Department conducted compliance checks on businesses within the City of Hendersonville to ensure adherence to laws regarding the sale of alcohol. A total of 24 businesses were checked. Three establishments did not comply with laws concerning the sale of alcohol to minors. The following individuals were charged with selling alcoholic beverages to a minor as a result of this operation.
- 1082 West Main Street – Exxon – Fayyaz Hussain- 49 – Cited for Sales of Alcohol to a Minor person prohibited.
- 1063 West Main Street- Speedway – April Earl – 32 Cited for Sales of Alcohol to a Minor person prohibited.
- 369 New Shackle Island Road – Twice Daily’s – Megan Gregory –25- Cited for Sales of Alcohol to a Minor person prohibited.
The Hendersonville Police Department thanks the businesses that are in compliance and encourages all businesses that sell or serve alcohol, tobacco, and vape products to follow the law to protect our underage citizens.
