The Easter Bunny and his family are going to be very busy this year as there are many Easter Egg Hunts in Sumner County. Here are eight offerings located around the county, including Gallatin, Hendersonville, Goodlettsville and Bethpage.

The Ole Milliken Country Store is having their first ever Easter Egg Hunt on March 25. It is free and open to the public. There will be photo ops with the Easter Bunny and some great food. It is an event for the entire family.
It is an old-style general store that brings the community the best locally sourced products, hand-made items, home décor, animal feed, and other household staples. It was opened in 2022.

Don’t be late for this Very Important Date! On Saturday, April 1, Historic Rock Castle, The City of Hendersonville, Hendersonville Parks, and Hendersonville High School will proudly be presenting their annual Wonderland Egg Hunt! There will be crafts, games, face painting and bounce houses. Concessions will also be available. The rain date is Saturday, April 8, 2023.
Egg Hunts will take place by age group. Toddlers through four-year-olds will hunt at 9:30 a.m. At 11:00 a.m., five- through eight-year-olds will have a chance to look for eggs. Nine- through twelve-year-olds will do their hunt at 12:30 p.m.
Mad Hatter Tea Parties will take place in the woodlands at 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Some unusual guests will be visiting the tea party. Tickets to the tea are $45 for the first child in a group and $40 for each additional child age one and up.

This Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt takes place throughout the park beginning at Shelter 3. Each participant will receive a scavenger hunt card. Sponsored by First Baptist Church Goodlettsville and Goodlettsville Parks and Recreation. Pre-registration is not necessary. It is free to the public.

GoodDOG Doggy Easter Egg Hunt
Moss-Wright Fenway Dog Park

Time: 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
Sponsored by My Pooch’s Pantry, this family friendly event is free to all furry friends and their humans. Grab a basket to hunt for treat-filled eggs together at Fenway Dog Park. Local vendors can be checked-out, followed by a leisurely “Paws Walk” around the park. Dogs must remain leashed and with their adult guardian. All dogs must be vaccinated
The Easter Egg Hunt Schedule is divided by the size of the dog. Small dogs will hunt from 4:45 p.m. until 5:15 p.m. and Large dogs will hunt from 5:45 p.m. until 6:15 p.m. There are rules for all dogs on the event website.
Each K9 must look their Easter best. There will be a photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny. He will be available for photos with all dogs starting at 5:00pm. Make sure to bring a camera or camera phone for photos.

Who doesn’t love to color eggs?! Join the GodWhy Church in the Kidtown Hallway on Good Friday for a fun morning of coloring eggs and just hanging out together. Bring a dozen or more hard-boiled eggs, and they will provide all of the materials needed to color them. Make sure to wear clothing that can get messy!
