Wendell Howard was born May 30, 1960 in Magoffin County, KY and passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2023.
He was the youngest of 12 children born to Greenville & Ivory Howard.
In November of 1979 he married the love of his life, Patty Little-Howard. They were blessed with 43 1/2 years of marriage. They would always say that their greatest accomplishment was in 1981 when they had their son, Jason Howard(Trista Howard). They also have a niece by blood, but she is a daughter by heart, Marquita Little(Ethan Doebel), both he loved unconditionally.
Wendell was a member of the Masonic Lodge and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He recently retired from Flexpac Inc., a job he worked for nearly 30 years and loved so much. He considered the people he worked with as family. He so enjoyed being outside on his boat or his mower. If you knew him you loved him.
He leaves behind a host of family and friends that and miss him dearly.
There will be a visitation for Mr. Howard on Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 2-6 p.m. at Wilkinson Wiseman Funeral Home with military honors at 3 p.m. and a memorial service starting at 6 p.m. https://www.wilkinsonwiseman.com
