Vivian Johnson, Age 83, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on April 15, 2025. Preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Ray Johnson, Sr.; daughter, Teresa Dawn Manson; and her parents, Claude and Nell Forgy; and her beloved siblings.
She is survived by her children, Douglas Ray (Asuka) Johnson Jr., and Todd Johnson; bonus daughter, Kara (Wayne) Bennett; grandchildren, Lyndsay Rhea (Michael) Leffew, Abby Brooke (Mitchell) Dodson, and Douglas Dylan Ray (Brittany) Johnson; great-grandchildren, Paxton Ray Leffew, Lottie Teresa Dodson, Amya Analiese Johnson, Oliver Ray Johnson, and Vivian R. Johnson; sister, Marty Blackford; son-in-law, Mike Manson; and her puppy, Rip.
Visitation will be at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home, 2707 Gallatin Rd., in Nashville, on Saturday, April 26, beginning at 10am until the time of our service at 12pm. Following the service there will be a graveside service at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery in Lewisburg, KY.
