Mrs. Virginia Irene McLerran of Castalian Springs, Tennessee passed away on Monday, August 8, 2022, she was 86 years old.
Mrs. McLerran was born November 28, 1935 in Clay County, TN to the late Charlie Smith and Bertha Crawford Smith.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Claude Aaron McLerran; son, Michael Aaron McLerran; and sisters, Wilma Crowder, Theresa Anderson, and Frances Smith.
She is survived by grandson, Benjamin Aaron McLerran of Hartsville; and daughter-in-law, Jewel Jean McLerran of Castalian Springs.
Funeral Service will be Saturday, August 13th in the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin, with Ronnie Tennant officiating. Visitation will be Friday, August 12th from 2:00 – 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, August 13th from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow the service at Sumner Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Old Union Church of Christ, 2505 Hartsville Pike, Castalian Springs, TN 37031.
