Ms. Tiffany Nicole Shrum Duke, age 34 of Portland, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at Sumner Regional Medical Center.
Ms. Duke was born on June 4, 1987 in Nashville, Tennessee.
Ms. Duke is survived by her parents, Curtis and Linda Shrum; daughters, MaKenzy Duke, Abigail Duke, and Kaylin Yates; brother, Curtis (Hope) Shrum, Jr.; sister, Tina Kay Shrum.
Tiffany was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Calvin Shrum and Christine Key; maternal grandparents, Marvin Baird and Margaret Groves.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, March 17th at 2 PM from the chapel of Gilbert Funeral Home with Pastor Victor Creasey officiating. Interment will follow the service at Jake Link Cemetery with Dalton Civils, Sawyer Civils, Nathan Civils, Mark Civils, Kevin Civils, and Joe McCloud serving as pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, March 15th from 1:00-8:00 PM, Wednesday, March 16th from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Thursday, March 17th from 9:00 AM until time of service.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations to be made towards the funeral expenses.
