Terry Lyn Honea, age 68 of Gallatin, TN passed away Friday, March 13, 2026. He was born in Magnolia, MS on December 8, 1957 to Archie and Louise Norris Honea. Terry spent his entire life working as a mechanic. He was well-liked by everyone he met and loved by many. His willingness to help anyone who needed it, exemplified his giving nature.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Johnny Honea. He is survived by his beloved partner of 34 years, Rita Brummett; sons, Terry (Sherry) Honea Jr. and Chris Brummett; brothers, Archie and Dennis; sister, Patsy; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Terry’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, April 12, 2026 at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church.
