Sylvia Wiseman, age 70 of Portland, passed away December 11, 2025. Born on October 24, 1955, in Paducah, Texas to the late Juan and Dominga Reyna, Sylvia lived a life rich with love, compassion, and an unwavering spirit that touched the lives of many.
A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Sylvia’s legacy will forever be cherished by her beloved husband of 42 years, Don Wiseman; children, Tina Hawkins (Larry), Janice Wiseman (Ryan), and Ryan Wiseman (Melissa), grandchildren, Anthony Hodges, Hailey Hodges (Austin), Natalee Thompson (Ray), Abigail Wiseman, Paige Wiseman, and Ethan Hawkins; great-grandchildren, Marshall Hodges, Aubrey Hodges, Kaden Denney, Atlas Williams, Elias Williams, Silas Denney, and Blakeleigh Thompson; sister, Janie Wright; and brother, Sammy Cruz.
Friends, family, and loved ones are invited to gather for a visitation at Sumner Funeral & Cremation Lakeside in Hendersonville, Tennessee, on December 18, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a Celebration of Life service that will commence at 11:00 AM and conclude at 12:00 PM.
