Sue Davenport, age 79 of Gallatin, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2024.
Mrs. Davenport was born August 22, 1944 to the late Odell Summers and Pauline Morris Summers.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brothers, George Summers, Jimmy Summers, and Odell Summers, Jr.; and sisters, Iva Gentry, Carrie Copas, Sarah Likens, and Peggy Faye Summers.
She is survived by husband of 61 years, Ronald C. “Ronnie” Davenport; daughter, Tammy Shaw (Mark) of Gallatin; sister, Mary Summers of Gallatin; and grandson, Tanner Davenport.
Celebration of Life Service will be on Tuesday, June 25th at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 25th from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Charter Senior Living, 1085 Hartsville Pike, Gallatin, TN 37066.
