Steven Keith Hayes, age 64 of Gallatin passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at Sumner Regional Medical Center. He was born January 23, 1962 in Nashville, TN to Charles & Gayle Kinnard Hayes.
He worked in Auto Body Repair until his retirement. He enjoyed attending car shows, hunting, fishing mowing his lawn and sitting outside and enjoying the warm weather. He is preceded in death by his parents; step-father, John Ross.
He is survived by his son, Cody Hayes; granddaughter, Ella Hayes, both of White House, TN; mother of his son, Angie Shores, White House, TN: brother, Randy Hayes, Gallatin, TN; nephews, Brandon (Bridgett) Hayes, Lebanon, TN and Chad Hayes, Sumner County, TN.
A private family memorial gathering will be held a later date.
