Virgil Shane Lame, age 46 of Hendersonville, TN passed away on Saturday, March 21st in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Shane was born in Gallatin, Tennessee on June 13, 1979 to Bobby and Phyllis Lame.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Lame; uncle, William Allen Lame; aunt, Joyce Culbreath.
He is survived by his wife, Cassie Lame; daughters, Mallory Lame and Kayley Lame; father, Bobby Lame; sister, Beth (Mark) Dlugokinski; step-son, Carson Lee.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 26th at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Portland with Bro. Robert Gillman officiating. Interment will follow the service at Old Brush Cemetery with Carson Lee, Brent Culbreath, Brian Hudson, Mark Dlugokinski and Tyler Culbreath serving as pallbearers. Visitation for family and friends will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 25th from 4:00-8:00 PM and Thursday, March 26th from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
