Samuel Oscar O’Koon, age 80, of Gallatin, Tennessee, passed away on December 8, 2025. The graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Crestview Memory Gardens.
Mr. O’Koon was preceded in death by his brother, Selig O’Koon, sister, Patti Driesel, and his grandchild, Emily Rose O’Koon. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia O’Koon; children, Samuel O’Koon of Gallatin, and Jerrie Hughest (Glenn) of Gallatin.
