Ruthie Ann Martin, 89 of Cottontown, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at her residence.
Mrs. Martin was born June 23, 1933 to the late Luther Elonzo Parks and Clara Ellen Dixon in Portland, Tn.
Along with her parents, Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Thomas Rogers; daughter, Shirley Mayhew; and sons, Ronnie Rogers and Jackie Rogers.
Mrs. Martin is survived by her son, Clyde Rogers; daughter, Polly Heatherly(H.L.); grandchildren, Donna Callahan, Tina Harris(David), Amy Stacey(Chris), April Daughtery, Greg Rogers, Ronnie Rogers II(Kayla), H.L. Heatherly II(Tina); 15 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Jack Parks(Glenda).
Funeral service for Mrs. Martin will be Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 11 a.m. with Bro. Gary Pardue officiating, with visitation on Friday, January 12, 2023 from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m.(service time) all at Wilkinson Wiseman Funeral Home. https://www.wilkinsonwiseman.com
Following the service interment will be in Jake Link Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Greg Rogers, Ronnie Rogers II, H.L. Heatherly II, Dakota Franklin, Travis Jernigan and David Harris with Wesley Overstreet serving as honorary pallbearers.
