Russel Asbridge, age 81, of Hendersonville passed away on May 3, 2025. He was born on May 10, 1943 to the late Delbert and Bessie Asbridge in Dyersburg, Tennessee.
Russel retired from the Hendersonville Utility District after 30 years of dedicated service. In addition to his parents, Russel is preceded in death by his sister, Gale Shonting.
Russel is survived by his wife of 56 years, Julie Asbridge; sons, Martin Asbridge and Scott Asbridge; grandsons, Mitchell Asbridge and Dylan Asbridge; and brother-in-law, John F. Hurt III.
Visitation for Russel will be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 12 noon until 1 pm at Hendersonville Funeral Home (353 E. Main St., Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075). The service will follow visitation, beginning at 1 pm at the same location.
