Ronald Lane Carter, age 51, of Westmoreland, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.
He is preceded in death by son, Jeremy Carter; brother, Nicky Carter; and mother, Mary Ruth Carter.
Ronald is survived by 4 children, Angel (Derrick) O’Neal, Trenton Carter, Brooklyn O’Neal, and Addison Carter; grandchildren, Alexis O’Neal, and Logan O’Neal.
Graveside service will be on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at New Hope Cemetery in Westmoreland.
