Ronald Joseph Herrin, 55, of Gallatin, passed away on September 10, 2024.
Born on July 9, 1969, in Detroit, Ron was the son of Ronald and Jacqueline Herrin.
He graduated from Courtland High School in 1987 and went on to work as a dedicated automotive painter for 38 years.
Ron was known for his unwavering kindness, quick wit, and love for his family. He enjoyed going on the boat, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren, who affectionately called him “Pop Pop.” His greatest joy came from his family and the many adventures they shared.
He is survived by his parents, Ronald and Jacqueline; his siblings, Lisa, Jeffrey, and Brian; his children, Brooke, Katelyn, Ryan, and Faith; and his cherished grandchildren, Jax, Grayson, and Lainey.
A celebration of life was held on September 14, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Foxland Harbor, with a reception to follow. https://www.hendersonvillefh.com
Ron’s warmth, humor, and wisdom will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of love and generosity that will continue to inspire his family and friends.
