Robert F. Hutchison, age 89 of Hendersonville, passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2024.
Mr. Hutchison was born May 15, 1935, in San Antonio, TX to the late Robert Fount Hutchison, Sr. and Abbie Worsham Hutchison.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by wife, Vida Motley Hutchison.
He is survived by children, Sheila Hunter (Mack) of Clarksville, Melissa Garrett (Jeff) of Hendersonville, and Robert F. Hutchison, III of Hendersonville; sister, Carolyn Rhoads (Norman) of Hendersonville; and grandchildren, Shelby Hunter, Josh Hunter, Abbie Garrett, Nick Garrett, Sydney Kocurek (Jerry), Mackinzie Hutchison, and Cole Hutchison.
Mr. Hutchison served our country in the United States Army.
Funeral Service will be Thursday, June 13th at 12:00 p.m. at Beech Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 3216 Long Hollow Pike, Hendersonville, TN 37075, with Pastor Jeff DeWees officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 12th from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin, 100 E. Albert Gallatin Avenue, Gallatin, TN 37066 and Thursday, June 13th from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 p.m. at the church. Interment, with Military Honors, will follow the service at Beech Cemetery, with Mack Hunter, Josh Hunter, Jeff Garrett, Nick Garrett, Cole Hutchison, and Mike Hartman serving as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Beech Cemetery, 3216 Long Hollow Pike, Hendersonville, TN 37075.
