Robert Ernest “Bob” Berry, age 72 of Gallatin, passed away Sunday, February 13, 2022.
Gathering of Friends will be Thursday, February 17th from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Family Heritage Funeral Home.
Mr. Berry was born December 20, 1949 in Peoria, IL to the late Vernon Edward Berry and Gladys Geneva Jones Berry.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brother, Bryan Berry; and sister, Patricia Ann Berry.
He is survived by wife of 52 years, Peggy Lawrence Berry of Gallatin; son, Jason Berry of Gallatin; brothers-in-law, Tommy Lawrence (Cathy) of Lafayette and Robert Lawrence (Ann) of Lafayette; sister-in-law, Betty Berry of Bethpage, nephew, Scottie Berry (Kerry) of Bethpage; grandchild, Skylar Grace High; and several other nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Mr. Berry served our country in the United States Air Force, serving a tour in Vietnam. He retired from Volunteer State Community College after 24 years of service as a computer/business instructor.
