Robert Douglas Keene, age 42 of Gallatin passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital. He was born December 31, 1982 in Madison, TN to Harold Douglas and Julia Anne Blair Keene, Jr.
He worked as a physical therapy assistant for The Waters of Gallatin. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, camping, music, playing guitar and keyboard, as well as being a very talented singer and songwriter.
He is preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother, Julia Anne Blair Jones (Roger), Hendersonville, TN; step-father, Richard Eschbach, Cross Plains, TN; daughter, Lauren Keene; fiancée, Amanda Kemp; step-sons, Riley MizrahI and Daniel MizrahI, all of Gallatin, TN; brother, Gordon Keene (Jessica), Cross Plains, TN; step-brothers, Mark Eschbach, Cross Plains, TN and Timmy Eschbach, Shelbyville, TN; step-sister, Victoria Eschbach, KY; uncle, Robert Barry Blair, Murfreesboro, TN; nephew, Tucker Keene, Cross Plains, TN.
Funeral service is scheduled for Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 12 Noon in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House with Bro. Andrew McGregor officiating. Interment will follow in White House Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Visitation is planned for Monday, June 30, 2025 4-8PM and Tuesday, July 1, 2025 10AM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
