Robert C. Franks, age 60, originally of Millstone, KY, was living here at the time of his passing in Gallatin, on November 22, 2025.
There will be no funeral arrangements for Mr. Robert Franks. He was proceeded in death by his siblings, Billy Ray Franks and Carolyn Ross.
He is survived by his loving wife, Pauletta Franks; Children, Keshia Franks of Gallatin, Tennessee, and Harlee Franks of Kentucky; Sister, Janice Adams of Kentucky; Grandchildren, Adison Zabala, Peyton Evans, Ke’Anthony Spence, and Nehemiah Spence; Great-grandchildren, Elliot Franks and Lyric Rayne Zabala.
