Rickie Dale Holmes, age 67, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away April 10th, 2025. He was born February 15, 1958 to Shephard Holmes and the late Mary Katherine Crook Holmes in Hartsville, TN.
In addition to his mother, Rickie was preceded in death by his sister, Gayle Holmes.
He is survived by his children, Katrina (John) Breedlove and Shane (Victoria) Holmes; his grandchildren, Hannah (Evan) Stewart, Elly Breedlove and Hailey Holmes; his father, Shep (Shirley) Holmes; his sister, Loretta (Ricky) Cline; and his brothers, Jamie (Angie) Holmes and Terry (Shelley) Holmes.
Funeral services for Rickie will be conducted on Tuesday, April 15th, 2025 at 2PM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. David Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Serving as active pallbearers will be Jamie Holmes, Terry Holmes, Jody Garrison, Matt Brown, David McBroom, and Ronald Huntsman. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Herman Harden, Floyd Woodard, Jaden Holmes and John Breedlove.
The family will receive visitors on Monday, April 14th from 12PM till 8PM and again on Tuesday, April 15th from 10AM till service time at 2PM at Woodard Funeral Home.
