Mr. Ralph Seabolt entered into sweet rest on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. His sons and his grandchildren were the love of his life and he was very proud of each one of them and the accomplishments they have made.
He was a member of Cross Plains Church of Christ, He was a volunteer firefighter for many years under Chief Ray Hulsey. He was a man of many talents. In the summer he loved working in his garden and sitting on the porch seeing the cars go by. He loved woodworking and watching the Atlanta Braves play. He spent 30 years working at Gibson houseboats, where everyone was a part of his family, whom he loved very much.
After retiring, he was an attendant on a special need’s bus. He was born on May 14, 1941 in Sparta, Tennessee to Marvin and Vinnie Seabolt. They preceded him in death by his siblings Jean Donaldson, Bob Seabolt, J.D. Seabolt, Harold Seabolt, Jimmy Seabolt and Darlene Clinard.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Linda Mink Seabolt, Cross Plains; sons, Randy (Anna) Seabolt, White House and Ricky (Tasha) Seabolt, Springfield, Chris Seabolt, Cross Plains and adopted sons, Shaun Mink, Kyle Mink; grandchildren, Maggie Seabolt (Dylan Herndon), Will Seabolt (Hailey Bagsby) Kaitlyn Seabolt (Trey Coleman) Bayne and Delilah Seabolt; brother, Ronnie (Beth) Seabolt, Cross Plains.
Funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 2pm in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House with Bro Richard Garza officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hil Baptist Church Cemetery in Orlinda with Ronald Seabolt, Jeremy Seabolt, Matthew Seabolt, Brandon Clinard, Shaun Mink and Kyle Mink serving as pallbearers. Grandchildren will serve as honorary pallbearers. Visitation is planned for Tuesday, February 24, 2026 3PM-9PM and Wednesday, February 25, 2026 9AM-2PM at the funeral home.
