Mr. Ralph “Eddie” Cook of Gallatin, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022, he was 76 years old.
Mr. Cook was born October 1, 1945 in Macon, Georgia to the late Ralph Elmo Cook and Louise Pack Cook.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by son, Kenneth “Kenny” Cook; and great-grandson, Evan Cook.
He is survived by wife of 57 years, Judy Troutt Cook of Gallatin; children, Richard Cook (Gena) of Castalian Springs, Mike Cook of Gallatin, and Jennifer Rose (Bob) of Gallatin; brother, Tony Cook (Lois) of Indiana; 8 grandchildren, Troy Cook (Karen), Neil Cook (Amanda Sells), Stephanie Zekany (Richard), Josh Cook (Madison), Dustin Williams, Nick Thieme, Greg Thieme (Alicia), and D. J. Cook; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Cook retired from Consolidated Freight as a truck driver after 22 years of service.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday, July 27th at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 27th from 3:00 p.m. until time of service at 6:00 p.m.
