Radoslav Ciuk Obit

With faith in the Resurrection and eternal life

we inform our relatives, kumovi, and friends

that on Tuesday, November 11, 2025,

at his home in Donelson, in the Lord fell asleep

† Radoslav Ciuk

April 21, 1968 – November 11, 2025

Radoslav was born in Zadar, Croatia, to the late father Djuro and mother Olga (Alavanja) Ciuk.

In January 1992, he entered into marriage with his beloved wife Marina (Milkovic),

with whom he raised their son Boban and daughter Tamara in love and harmony.

He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather — a man of gentle heart and warm spirit, full of understanding and love.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, loved fishing, going to church, watching the Titans, and making the best steaks for his loved ones.

He brought joy and laughter to those around him whenever he could.

Weekends were devoted to family and friends — he made wine with his uncle Zeljko, carried in his heart the blue sea of Dalmatia and his beloved Lika, and most of all, he cherished moments spent with his granddaughters Sofia and Amelia, and grandson Milan.

As a long-time member of the Church Board of St. Petka Church, Radoslav faithfully and wholeheartedly served his church and community.

Through his kindness, dedication, and sincere faith, he was always ready to help, to support, and to encourage others.

His presence will be deeply missed in the church and among us, but the memory of his faith, goodness, and joyful spirit will live forever in the hearts of all who knew him.

He is survived by his mother Olga, wife Marina, daughter Tamara, son Boban, daughter-in-law Melissa, granddaughters Sofia and Amelia, grandson Milan, sister Rada, uncle Zeljko, aunt Vera, and cousin Andjela, as well as many grieving relatives, friends, and kumovi in America, Serbia, and Croatia.

He was a wonderful father, grandfather, nephew, and dear friend — a man of great heart and soul.

The Funeral Service will be held at St. Petka Serbian Orthodox Church in Nashville on Tuesday, November 18, beginning at 12:30 PM.

The coffin will be in the church for viewing from 11:30 AM. Burial will follow at the Hillcrest Cemetery in White House.

Memory eternal, dear brother Radoslav, and may you inherit the Heavenly Kingdom!

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family.
