Paula Beth Johnson age 91 of Greenbrier passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at her home. She was born January 16, 1934 in Lamesa, TX to Leo & Pauline Mitchell Phelan. She worked as an owner of staffing agencies for many years. She was an incredible athlete and enjoyed riding horses and playing tennis fiercely. She grew up on a ranch in West Texas and performed in barrel racing. She was a member of St. Stephens Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Victor Don Butler, Jr.; brothers, Carl Phelan and James Phelan; son-in-law, Jeffrey Duay.
She is survived by her husband, Macon J. Dew; son, Robert Dew, both of Greenbrier, TN; daughters, Sherri Duay, Kemah, TX and Rachael (Ritchie) Reather, Vine Grove, KY; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
