Mildred Maurene “Millie” Felts, age 86 of Portland passed away Thursday, February 26, 2026 at The Residence of Alive Hospice. She was born July 16, 1939 in Mayfield, KY to Jack & Effie Rogers Raye. She worked as a homemaker. Millie enjoyed watching Westerns, listening to Elvis, dancing, collecting and wearing all kinds of earrings and eating catfish and drinking “margaritas”. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James “Junior” Felts; son, Rickie Felts; brother, Floyd Raye and sister, Vivian Kinsley. She is survived by her son Steve (Maribeth) Felts, Cross Plains, TN; daughter, Gayna Felts, Louisville, KY; brother, Bill (Jo) Raye, Paducah, KY; 9 grandchildren, Shane, Samuel & Andrew Hook, Cameron Fuentes, Colton Felts, Skylar & Emma Singer, David & Athena Felts; 2 great-grandchildren, Isla & Matilda Hook.
