Mother Mattie Ora Banks from Hartsville Tennessee transitioned peacefully at her daughter’s residence in Gallatin Tennessee. Mother Banks, affectionately known as “Polly” to her friends and loved ones, was a very active member at her church, Hartsville Original Church of Gallatin in Hartsville Tennessee until her health started to decline and she had to relocate to Gallatin to be near her daughter and family.

Friday, November 7, 2025 – 11:00 am – 12:00 noon with Celebration of Life Service to follow at 12:00 at Hartsville Original Church of God – 166 Stott Ave. – Hartsville TN 37074
