Mary Frances Keen Halcomb, age 85, of Portland, passed away on July 9th, 2026 at her residence. Mrs. Halcomb was born in Westmoreland, TN on June 1st, 1941 to the late John Edgar Keen and the late Annie Bell Perdue Keen.
Mrs. Halcomb was a lifetime member of Fairfield United Methodist Church. She served as supervisor at the Gary Shirt Factory & Highland Apparel for many years.
Mrs. Halcomb is survived by her husband of 64 years, Guy Davis Halcomb; children, Tammy Lynn (John) Bingham & Tracy Neal (Darlene) Halcomb; grandchildren, Wesley Smith, Andrew (Cecilia) Smith, Trevor (Lauren) Smith, Bethany Halcomb, Heather (Matt) Sawyer, Cass Bradley; great grandchildren, Mason Smith, Cam Smith, Jaycob Wilcox, Bella Wilcox, Levi Wilcox, Brynn Smith, Oliver Sawyer, Blake Smith, & Tristan Arnold, Sky, Pumba, & several other grand dogs and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Mrs. Halcomb is preceded by her older brothers Fred (Mamie) Keen & Eugene (Patty) Keen.
Funeral service for Mrs. Halcomb will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday, July 12th, 2026 at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Roark officiating.
Interment will be in Fairfield Cemetery.
Visitation for Mrs. Halcomb will be on Saturday, July 11th, 2026 from 2:00 until 9:00 pm and on Sunday, July 12th, 2026 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home.
Wesley Smith, Andrew Smith, Mason Smith, Matt Sawyer, Starlis Keen, & Terry Davenport will serve as pallbearers.
Honorary pallbearers are Trevor Smith, Jaycob Wilcox, Tristan Arnold, Cam Smith, Levi Wilcox, Oliver Sawyer, Gary Halcomb, Bobby Halcomb, James Allen Halcomb, Jerry Lee Denning, Timmie Rich, Larry Hutchinson.
