Mr. Markie Lee Hire, better known as Mark, age 70, of Indianapolis, Indiana, and formerly Lafayette, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2025, at his residence.
Funeral services for Mark Hire are scheduled to be conducted on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 2 PM from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Jerry Brooks officiating. Interment will follow in The Oakdale Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at the funeral home on Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 10 AM until service time at 2 PM.
He is preceded in death by his Parents, E.J. Hire and Hollice Mae McGuffey Hire; Beloved Grandmothers, Delia McGuffey of Brattontown, and Ida Hire of Westmoreland; and most recently, his brother, Tim Hire.
Mark Hire is survived by;
Sisters,
Beverly Kraemer and husband, Mike
Sherri Hunter and husband, Buddy
Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that he loved so much, also survive.
