Larry D. Smith, age 58, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024, with his loving wife by his side.
Larry was born on March 19, 1966, in Detroit, Michigan to Lawrence and Ercel (Austin) Smith.
Larry loved fishing, motorcycles, and animals (especially dogs). He had a great sense of humor and loved his family.
Larry is preceded in death by his father Lawrence Smith and his sister Debbie Sands.
He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years Connie Sue Smith, Mother Ercel Smith, stepdaughter Susan Edwards, 3 grandchildren Kali Edwards, Richard Edwards, and Daniel Edwards, 1 great-granddaughter Lilly, niece Tanya Sands, nephew Brett Sands, best friends Don Ford and Shawn Johnson, and a host of extended family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2024, from 2 pm to 3 pm at Hendersonville Funeral Home. A graveside service will begin at 3 pm at Hendersonville Memory Gardens. https://www.hendersonvillefh.com
