Joyce “Polly” Harrison, age 80 of Gallatin, passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2024.
Mrs. Harrison was born July 26, 1944 in Sumner County to the late Willie Eden and Goldie Sliger Eden.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by son, Michael Craig Harrison; and brother, Roy Eden.
She is survived by husband of 60 years, David Harrison of Gallatin; daughter, Lisa Rutledge (Steve) of Gallatin; Randy Eden (Faye) of Bethpage and Billy Eden of Lafayette; sister, Brenda Davis (Ken) of Bethpage; grandchildren, Ashley Thurber (Bobby) and Will Piercey; and great-grandchildren, Abigail Thurber (Chase Leveck) and Lillian Thurber.
Mrs. Harrison worked for Food Lion for many years.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday, November 6th at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 6th from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow the service at Siloam Cemetery.
