OBITUARY: Josephine Gentry Jones

Mrs. Josephine Gentry Jones, age 75, of Red Boiling Springs, passed away, Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Vanderbilt Wilson County in Lebanon.

Funeral services for Josephine Jones are scheduled to be conducted on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 12 Noon, from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Pastor Jackie Rich officiating. Interment will follow in The Jenkins-Milltown Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at the funeral home on Thursday, November 20, 2025 from 12 Noon until 9 PM, and on Friday, from 8 AM until service time at 12 Noon.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William Harv and Lena Mae Coons Gentry; brothers, Ray Gentry, Donald Gentry, PJ Gentry, Kenneth Gentry, and Fay Gentry; and sisters, Sara Jane Davis and Willodean Howard.
