Johnny Dale Sullivan, 60 of Portland, TN., passed away Friday, December 8. 2023 at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin.
Mr. Sullivan was born June 13, 1963 to Sadie Louise Moore Sullivan and the late Charles Thomas Sullivan in Gallatin, TN.
Along with his father, Charles “Buck” Sullivan, Mr. Sullivan was preceded in death by his brother, James Thomas Sullivan; grandparents, Fate and Louise Moore, Tom and Mable Sullivan.
Mr. Sullivan is survived by his mother, Sadie Sullivan; brothers, Charles Sullivan(Ruth), Joe Sullivan(Marty), Mark Sullivan and Brian Sullivan; sister, Linda Langford(Randy); along with many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Funeral service for Mr. Sullivan will be on Monday, December 11, 2023 at 1 p.m. with Bro. Ray Biggs officiating at Wilkinson Wiseman Funeral Home, with visitation on Sunday, December 10, 2023 from 3-8 p.m. and on. Following the service, interment will be in the Old Halltown Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donation to be made to the Halltown Cemetery.
