Jerry Wayne Kemp, age 59 of Gallatin passed away Monday, September 13, 2021.
Funeral Service will be Friday, September 17th at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home, with Bro. Leon Graves officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, September 16th from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. and Friday, September 17th from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow the service at Sumner Memorial Gardens, with Danny Huddleston, Norman Hawk, Randy Kemp, Troy Kemp, Matt Snow, Ricky McIntosh, and Anthony Thomas serving as pallbearers.
Mr. Kemp was born September 19, 1961 in Gallatin. He is preceded in death by father, Charles Daniel Kemp; and son, Jonathan Hawk Clark.
He is survived by wife of 33 years, Donna Axley Kemp; daughter, Melanie Waxler (Erik) of Tampa, FL; son, Derek Matthew Snow of Gallatin; mother, Jewell Brooks Kemp of Gallatin; sisters, Brenda Manning (Billy) of Bethpage, Shelia Marie Kemp of Bethpage, Rebecca McIntosh (Ricky) of Gallatin, and Tammy Hawk (Norman) of Lenoir City, TN; and 3 grandchildren, Vanessa Nicole Snow, Aaron James Waxler, and Grayson Locke Waxler.
