Jerry Wayne Fleming, 74 of Portland, TN passed away Friday, June 7, 2024 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Jerry was born to the late John Ray Fleming and Lila Christine Fleming on June 10, 1949 in Franklin, Ky.
Along with his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his brother, Ricky Fleming; mother-in-law, Gladys Groves; father-in-law, Buck Groves; and sister-in-law, Debbie Groves.
Jerri is survived by his wife of 47 years, Kathy Fleming of Portland; sons, Todd Fleming(Anna) and Derek Fleming(Lori) both of Portland; grandchildren, Brad Fleming(Samantha), Jacob Fleming(Rachel), Kassie Fleming, Maggie Fleming, Alexis Fleming(Dalton) all of Portland and Aaron Fleming of Logansport, In.; brother Michael Fleming of Raleigh, N.C.; sister, Kristy Morris of Donaldson, Tn.; sister-in-law, Gail Gentry(James Davis); sister-in-law, Holly Fleming of Franklin, Ky.; brothers-in-law, Michael Groves and Chris Groves both of Portland and Mark Groves(Betty) of Franklin, Ky.; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Jerry will be cremated by his wishes, and a memorial service at Wilkinson Wiseman Funeral Home will be announced at a later date. https://www.wilkinsonwiseman.com
