Jeremy Alan Moffitt age 35 passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025. He was born on October 13, 1989, in Madison, TN to Pauline Moffitt and the late Richard Moffitt.
Along with his father, Jeremy was preceded in death by his brother, Michael and uncle, David.
Jeremy was raised in Madison, TN. He relocated to Hendersonville, TN with his family where he attended Beech High School.
Jeremy was a loving father to his 3 beautiful children, Jayden, Jordan and Aaliyah who survive him. He is also survived by his loving mother, Pauline Moffitt; brother, Kevin; sister, Keisha; aunts and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews. He leaves behind his American Appliance work family and numerous friends.
He was loved deeply by his family and friends and will be greatly missed.
