Jeffrey L. Vanatta, age 65, of Gallatin, passed away on January 2, 2026 in Portland, TN. Mr. Vanatta was born in Portland, TN to the late Ralph Vanatta and the late Wilmoth Marie Clinard.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Vanatta was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Vanatta; grandparents, Scott & Elsie Vanatta and Wiley Robert & Mary Myrtle Clinard.
Mr. Vanatta is survived by his wife, Cathy Vanatta of Gallatin; brothers, Ronnie (Bobbie) Vanatta of Portland & Terry Vanatta of Portland; nephew, Donnie (Debra) Vanatta of Portland; nephew, Robert (Kim) Vanatta of Portland; niece, Julie Inman of White House; nephew, Matt Vanatta of Portland; nephew, Zachary (Amanda) Trammel of Portland; niece, Erica Trammel of Portland.
Graveside service for Mr. Vanatta will be at 11:00 am on Monday, January 5th, 2026 at Restlawn Memory Gardens in Franklin, KY.
