Jeanette Parker, age 80 of Gallatin, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2024.
Mrs. Parker was born June 26, 1943 in Houston County, TN to the late Hugh E. Bailey and Willie Mae Jones Bailey.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brother, William Bailey.
She is survived by husband of 60 years, Darrel Parker of Gallatin; son, Creg Parker of Gallatin; brother-in-law, Kenneth Parker; sisters-in-law, Carolyn Grant and Sandra Bailey; nieces, Karen Jones (Gary) and Barbara Bolling (Joe); nephew, Scott Bailey (Leslie) and great nieces and nephews, Ashley Hawkins (Jake), Kyler Brody, Paisley Brody, Brandon Howell (Tonia), Bailey Begley (Evan), Lindsey Howell, Melissa Shockley (Johnny), Carlie, and Colton; and great-great nephew, Spencer Begley.
Mrs. Parker retired from TVA after 25 years of service.
Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, April 27th at 2:00 in the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin, with Brandon Bubba Howell officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, April 27th from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Safe Place for Animals, 905 Mallard Drive, Gallatin, TN 37066.
