Janice Woodward, age 67 of Portland, passed away Thursday, September 23, 2021.
Celebration of Life Service will be Wednesday, September 29th at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 29th from 4:00 p.m. until time of service at 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sherry’s Hope, P.O. Box 8, Lebanon, TN 37088.
Mrs. Woodward was born June 14, 1954 in Nashville to the late George Denney and Loretta Presley Denney.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Jasper Carl “Buddy” Woodward, Jr; brother, George Denney; and sister, Georgia Campbell.
She is survived by daughter, Carla Woodward (Eric Parl) of Nashville; brothers, Wayne Denney of Nashville, Sherman Denney (Cheryl) of Nashville, and Jeff Denney (Sally) of Portland; sisters, Debbie Brown (Ricky) of Portland and Connie Denney of Portland; and best friends, Sherry Watkins of Hendersonville and Lana Hemmelgarn of Portland.
