James Leonard Lamb, age 73, of Portland, passed away on December 12, 2023 at his residence in Portland.
Mr. Lamb was born in Lafayette, TN on August 15th, 1950 to the late Paul Lamb & the late Vera Mae Powers Woodard.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Lamb was preceded in death by brother, Paul R. Lamb; sister, Susan Bauers; great-grandson, Easton Smith.
Mr. Lamb is survived by his wife, Cindy Lamb; daughters, Jamie Lamb & Stephanie Lamb; granddaughters, Monica Smith & Erykah Lamb; grandsons, Hayden & Wyatt Perrigo; brothers, Tommy (Sharlene) Lee of Gallatin & William (Stacey) Payne of Gallatin; sisters, Brenda Hughes of Hendersonville & Tricia (Larry) Gould of Gallatin, & Lisa Kerwood of Florida; & many nieces & nephews.
Funeral service for Mr. Lamb will be at 2:00 pm on Friday, December 15th, 2023 at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home.
Visitation for Mr. Lamb will be on Thursday, December 14th, 2023 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm & on Friday, December 15th, 2023 from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home. https://www.wilkinsonwiseman.com
Interment will be at Bushes Chapel Cemetery in Portland, TN.
Lucas Brooks, Austin Barnes, Hayden Perrigo, Chase Dowell, Bryson Dowell, Tommy Lee & Joshua Huddleston will serve as pallbearers.
Wyatt Perrigo, Chris Richardson, Alex Kelley, Jordan Freeman, Justin Freeman, Steve Freeman, Homer Dale Mayes, Chris Lee, & Randy Lee will serve as honorary pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
