James Fredrick Lee, 54 of Portland, TN passed away Monday, September 16, 2024 at Portland Tri Star ER; he was born April 19, 1970 to the late James Marion Lee and Violet Searcy Lee in Bowling Green, Ky.
Along with his parents, Mr. Lee was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bob and Eva Searcy; and sister, Charlotte Lee.
Mr. Lee is survived by his wife of 29 years, Jackie Lee of Portland; children, Jackson Lee(Rowan) Hunsicker of Portland; cousins, Jerry Searcy(Kim) of Bowling Green, Ky., Joel Searcy(Misti) of Danville, Va., mother-in-law, Brenda Meador; several nieces and nephews; one great nephew, and his companion, Smokey.
Funeral services for Mr. Lee will be on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Wilkinson Wiseman Funeral Home with Rev. Brent Hall and Rev. Tyler Harting officiating with visitation on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 from 4-8 p.m. and on Thursday, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. funeral time. https://www.wilkinsonwiseman.com
Following the funeral service, interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, Ky.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jackson Lee, Jerry Searcy, Jared Searcy, Brian Keen, Corey England, Jason Stratton, Brandon Morgan and Evan Minter with Joel Searcy, Bailey Wayne England, Stewart Posey, Issac Cook and the Nutrien Staff/Employees serving as honorary pallbearers.
