James Francis Yelverton, age 86, passed away on August 13th, 2021 at his home in Gallatin, TN.
He was a United States Air Force veteran serving during the Korean War. Originally from Salem, Massachusetts, James was a lifelong fan of Notre Dame football and the Boston Red Sox.
He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia (Girard), his two daughters Giovanna Mysliwy of Beverly, MA, and Beatrice LaChance of Gallatin, TN. Four grandchildren and their spouses, Melanie (Tony) Velleco of Marblehead, MA, Amy (Derek) Dobbs of Gallatin, Matthew (Kayla) LaChance of Burns, TN, and Amanda (Cailsey) LaChance of Murfreesboro, TN. Four great-grandchildren Owen Mysliwy, Revo Velleco, Lillian Jane (LJ) Dobbs, and Tucker LaChance, who were the light of his life.
He was preceded in death by his grandson, Owen E. Mysliwy.
