James Richard “Dick” Hunter passed away April 27, 2025 at age 87.
Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday May 21, 2025 at 11 a.m. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until service time.
Dick was born in Carlinville, Illinois to Mary Bown and James Hunter. He served in the 2nd Armored Division in Fort Hood, Texas from 1961-1963.
He is survived by his daughter Cathy (David) Webb of Illinois and three grandchildren James, Ted and Jonathan Webb.
He is preceded in death by his wife Donna Hunter, son Craig Hunter and parents Mary Elizabeth Hunter and James Hunter.
