Irene Reecer, age 96 of Gallatin, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.
Mrs. Reecer was born July 26, 1928, to the late Herman Brady and Ruth Ella Jones Brady.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Haskell Reecer; brothers, Charlie Brady, J. C. Brady, and Stantford Brady; and sisters, Beatrice Davis and Olyne Johnson.
She is survived by special niece, Teresa Pinson (Chris) of Red Boiling Springs; special friend, Jamie Sidwell of Gallatin; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be Monday, September 9th at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin, with Bro. Doyle Farris officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, September 8th from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Monday, September 9th from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow the service at Crestview Memory Gardens, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
