Mr. Homer “Kenny” Hobdy, age 60 of Portland, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at Highpoint Health of Sumner Hospital in Gallatin, TN. He was born on March 5th, 1965 in Springfield, TN to the late Morris and Joyce Hobdy.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Ricky Hobdy Sr.; and significant other, Debbie Conrad.
Mr. Hobdy is survived by his children, Ashley Viselli (Joe), Brian Hobdy (Candance), Clint Hobdy (Heather), Odessa Dew (Chris), Katrina Jones and Trevor Hobdy; brother, Dennis Hobdy (Connie); sister, Michelle Groves (Roy); and numerous grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Hobdy will be conducted at Sellars Family Heritage at Portland on Tuesday, April 8th, at 1:00 PM with Bro. Paul Patton officiating. Interment will follow the service at the Portland Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be held on Monday, April 7th, from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Tuesday, April 8th, from 10:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
