Henry Warren Cox of Gallatin, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022, he was 87 years old.
He was a lifelong resident of Sumner county. He retired from TVA after 36 yrs of service. He served his country for 5 yrs in the United States Air Force being stationed in various places in the world.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry H. Cox and Margaret P. Cox. His beloved wife Sarah, brother David S Cox and sister Dr. M.L. Cox and nephew Christian Cox.
He is survived by his sons, David W Cox of Mt Juliet, TN, Timothy W Cox (Tina) of Portland, TN, grandchildren Casey M. Henry (Kyle) of Gallatin, TN, Dylan W. Cox (Reba) of Cedar Hill, TN. He is also survived by sister-in-law Virginia Cox of Sylva, NC. Great grandchildren, Brooks and Presley Henry and Ainsley Cox. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family will receive friends at Crestview Funeral Home,1623 Hwy 109 N in Gallatin, TN from 4-8 pm on Wednesday, November 30, and on Thursday, December 1 from 12-2 pm with funeral at 2 pm. Burial will follow funeral service in Crestview cemetery. https://www.crestviewfh.com
