Hattie Belle Green, age 69 of Gallatin, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
Mrs. Green was born March 7, 1954 in Gallatin to the late Wilbur Hitt and Cora Allen Stone Hitt.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, William Golman Green, Jr.
She is survived by son, Wesley Green (Kris) of Woodland, CA; grandchildren, William Ryder Green, Evan Canchola, Allie Canchola, and Kate Canchola; brother, Fred Allen Holleman; and friends, Dorothy Sweat of Gallatin and Beverly Warren of Glasgow, KY.
She was an Eastern Star Worthy Matron.
Celebration of Life Service will be on Sunday, October 8th at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin. Visitation will be on Sunday, October 8th from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at 3:00 p.m. Inurnment will follow the service at the Green Family Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospitals, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
