Mrs. Estelle Eden of Gallatin, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2022, she was 93 years old.
Mrs. Eden was born September 10, 1928 in Celina to the late H. E. Rodgers and Nora Helen Craighead Rodgers.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Thomas Clyde “T.C.” Eden; brothers, H. E. Rodgers, Jr. and Leslie Freeman Rodgers; and sister-in-law, Shirley T. Rodgers.
She is survived by daughter, Teresa Eden of Gallatin; sister, Naomi Odell Samples of Gallatin; sister-in-law, Shirley Rodgers of Gallatin; and nieces and nephews, Zena Parks of Gallatin, Robin Hyatt of Gallatin, Mike Samples of Gallatin, Mark Scott of Gallatin, Virginia White of Gallatin, Barbara Lane of Lafayette, Kathy Anderson of Minnesota, and Steve Scott of Alabama.
Mrs. Eden worked for South Central Bell for many years and in the business office of Sumner Regional Medical Center for 45 years until her retirement at 81. She was a member of Gallatin Church of Christ.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday, June 8th at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 8th from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow the service at Crestview Memory Gardens, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
